Problem

Local builders often rely on word of mouth and missed calls. Ian had strong on-site work but no single place online that explained his services, showed recent projects, and captured quote requests when homeowners were comparing trades on their phone.

Approach

We worked with Ian through the UF Labs studio pipeline: branded mockups he approved, then a mobile-first site built from his logo, photography, and trades copy. The site leads with services (extensions, renovations, brickwork, and landscaping), a project gallery, trust signals such as written quotes and guaranteed workmanship, and contact paths tuned for mobile callers.
